Magoneko Solutions Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Nishi-ku, Yokohama; Minoru Takada, Representative Director and President; hereinafter "Magoneko") has obtained the sales and license rights in Japan for "Clinflash® Cloud", a cloud-based Clinical Development supporting solution developed and provided by Clinflash Healthcare Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Jiaxing, China; Weihua Guan, General Manager; hereinafter "Clinflash"). We will begin promotional activities and sales in Japan from today.

Clinflash is a healthcare information technology company from China with over 10 years of history. Although this is it first time expanding into Japan, it already have over 2,000 customers in over 30 countries and regions in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Additionally, over 6,000 clinical trials have been conducted around the world using Clinflash's cloud-based platform. In the future, it is expected that clinical trials and operational efficiency will be improved using Clinflash® Cloud in Japan as well. We also look forward to embodying our corporate philosophy of "Accelerating Drug Development in Japan with incredible products and solutions from all over the world."

In preparation for the rollout of "Clinflash® Cloud" in Japan, Magoneko will be introducing the product and distributing solution materials at our booth at the DIA Japan CDM Workshop 2024, which will be held on February 19th and 20th.
